Fix The Gulf

This is the NanashiTheNameless version which is spefically for Firefox, when it gets approved it will be listed here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/restore-gulf-of-mexico/

Note: I am not affilliated with https://github.com/brycebostwick/FixTheGulf or @brycebostwick in any way shape or form and am only making this so firefox users like myself can easily install this!
