textures: Replace the background for boss wall. (#1159)

The metal panneling appears to have been taken from a Hexen wall texture. I've replaced all of it with chopped-up bits of the W17_1 patch. It can certainly be improved further but for the time being this will resolve the copyright issue. Fixes #1158.
