sprites: upgrade rockets. (#876)

The little panel thingies now flip out into stabilizing fins.

The weird yellow grooves (too short to really work as fins) are reinterpreted as a warning stripe trim, similar to what we see on the launcher.

Fixed up the implied shape of the box top.
