9d7ee926f4 Fix steamos-get-wifidebug script. 
Since GetWifiDebug is not a method anymore, we need to get
the property value instead.

be05bab4c0 Adjust service and interface parameters in helper scripts. 
Since the service and interfaces got a .Manager appended we need
to adjust the helper scripts to use the new names.

4a50b941dd wifidebug: Add some helper scripts to use for testing. 
While the steam client will drive wifi debug mode for now
add some scripts that directly talk to it over dbus to enable
disable, and check the current debug modes.
