b4aa53116a Finished 'idxtool' features 
- added alphabetical IDs sort in TOC generation
- implemented multi-find 'findgpt' command line for the idxtool (it supports URLs, IDs, or response files)

5f9a8bc8a1 idxtool: '--rename' takes no arguments now 
it tries to rename files that have no GPTID prefix.
