- Until the real FreeSO API server is properly reconfigured, a mock API will take it's place using Mockoon.
- Ported over a few elements from FSO.Common into the client.

Removed NioTSO client and server

- NioTSO client isn't needed because we're using RayLib
- Added FreeSO's API server to handle most backend operations
