bba2f04a5a Removed Mese ingot. Made Mese Crystal break into 9 Mese Crystal fragments when 
crafted alone.  Made 3 Mese Crystals + 2 sticks form a Mese pickaxe, made 9
Mese Crystals form a Mese block.  Mese Crystal fragments do not yet have a use
but should in theory be used for mesecons et.al. or anything else that should
not need the full value/power of a Mese Crystal.
