Its T's birthday and Kim is readying her house up for the big celebration. She remembers that T likes balloons (and I say no more) so Kim drives out to the city to get a tone of Balloons. When she goes to the other story to get some heilam, she notices there's TONES to choose from. She see's one tank that says heliam on it but she forgot to read whats next. Its explosive! She goes ahead and buys it not knowing what lurks ahead.

Kim drives home with the balloons and heliam and starts filling all 100 of them. When she finaly gets to the last one she picks up the tank and looks below and realizes... its eplosive! She races to get a truck and puts the balloons in the air and drives it all the way FAR away from town. She see's the sign that says out of town and makes a hard right almost tipping over the truck. At the same time the balloons are let loose around the city and parts of time without Kim even realizing it as she drives off. Back in town Z notices a bunch of balloons floating towards town as he walks out of the bathroom brushing his teeth.

Then one explodes in his back yard and Z is thrown back. He realizes and says, "this is not good." He scrambles into the basemeant and notices something that might just work. Can Z do it alone? Will he need help!? WHAT WILL HAPPAN NEXT?!?!?!
