***False Appearance***. While the mephit remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary shard of ice.
***Innate Spellcasting (1/Day)***. The mephit can innately cast *fog cloud*, requiring no material components. Its innate spellcasting ability is Charisma.
